Born with epilepsy, asthma, dyslexia, ADHD, and a mild form of Tourette syndrome, Russell was told early on what he would never be. Those limitations could have defined his future — instead, they became the training ground for everything he now teaches.
Through determination, discipline, and a deep reliance on God, Russell learned how to work with the mind rather than against it. He discovered how perception shapes reality, how belief drives behaviour, and how identity determines outcomes. These insights were not learned in comfort — they were earned under pressure.
